Kavitha is an IT professional with 25 years of experience with reputed organizations and based out of the United States. She is passionate about diversity, equity, inclusion and quality in educational opportunities and facilitating youth to overcome any form of barriers in pursuing their education. She recently served as a member of Leander ISD District Wide Educational Improvement Council for academic years 2020-21 and 2021-22 in Austin, Texas.
She is a fierce advocate of empowering youth to achieve their true potential and foster an attitude of social impact in them along with providing opportunities for girls empowerment and leadership. She firmly believes in the power of education to transform a person’s life and enable them to shape the lives of the people surrounding them.
